By default, ChildPlus will count the following attendance codes as either Present or Absent when calculating ADA and attendance percentages on this report:

While you cannot configure how the codes in the table above count towards ADA and attendance percentages on reports, you can configure how ChildPlus counts the No ClassA group of children that functions as a single unit, including preschool, infants/toddlers, and mixed-age groupings., Not Scheduled and Best Interest Day attendance codes. You can configure how these codes count on the Attendance tab of the System Preferences Setup screen. Here's how:

 

1. Open the System Preferences Setup screen by clicking Setup > System Setup > System Preferences.
2. Click on the Attendance tab.
3. Scroll to the Indicate how the following attendance codes should count regarding ADA and attendance percentages section of the screen.
4. Select how you want ChildPlus to count the No Class, Not Scheduled and Best Interest Day attendance codes on reports. You can configure participants with these attendance codes as Present, Absent or you can remove them from your ADA counts entirely. Show me.
